At Riessence, we stand by the quality of our luxury beauty and wellness devices.
1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects.
Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
- Devices once used or opened are non-returnable
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or tampered devices
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email info@riessence.com with order ID and issue details
- Our team will assess the request
- If approved, return instructions will be shared
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at our discretion
- Refunds are processed only for online payments
- Refund timelines may take 7–10 working days after approval
5. Replacements
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be communicated during approval.
