At Riessence, we stand by the quality of our luxury beauty and wellness devices.


1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects.

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • Devices once used or opened are non-returnable

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or tampered devices
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@riessence.com with order ID and issue details
  2. Our team will assess the request
  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at our discretion
  • Refunds are processed only for online payments
  • Refund timelines may take 7–10 working days after approval

5. Replacements

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.


6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be communicated during approval.
